Judith Loske was born in a small town in Germany. In her childhood, she wanted either to become an astrophysicist and find extraterrestrial life or begin a career as an archaeologist. In the end, she fell in love with drawing and studied Illustration. After graduating in 2010, she specialized in children's books and nursery design. Judith loves to paint with different media like gouache, watercolour and coloured pencils or textures made of acrylic paint. But she also works digitally and likes to combine these both worlds in her work. Her two cats often watch her while she paints in her little studio. If she’s not making art she loves to read, crochet and cultivate her succulents.
